Using sustainable farming practices, we cultivate and harvest fresh vegetables and herbs on our own network of urban farms throughout Los Angeles.
Our organic and bio-diverse crops include heirloom tomatoes, kale, cucumbers and peppers and our beautiful herb garden showcases several varieties to keep dishes flavorful such as mint, basil, thyme, parsley and rosemary. If we don’t grow it, we supplement it with products from partner farms in the region.
